<br />Resolution No. PC-95-17 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />e. Building contractors and sub-contractors including but <br />not limited to general construction, electrical, sheet <br />metal, painting, plumbing, rOOfing, stairs, and heating, <br />ventilation, and air conditioning provided that: <br /> <br />l) Construction equipment shall be stored in a <br />building or off-site. <br /> <br />2) All construction and assembly work shall be done <br />within a building. <br /> <br />3) Large products, e.g., roof-mounted HVAC units, <br />shall be "drop-shipped" to the construction site. <br /> <br />4) All cleaning of tools and equipment shall be done <br />within a building. <br /> <br />2. All of the above-stated uses are subject to the following <br />requirements: <br /> <br />a. All businesses shall comply with the city's clean water <br />runoff requirements, with the applicable requirements of <br />the Uniform Building Code and the Pleasanton Fire Code, <br />and shall secure the appropriate City permits prior to <br />commencement. <br /> <br />b. All painting or other hazardous material use and storage <br />incidental to a primary use shall be conducted in a <br />building according to the requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Department. Disposal of said materials shall <br />conform to the standards of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />c. All employee vehicles shall be parked on the site, not on <br />public streets. <br /> <br />d. General refuse may be stored within the building or <br />outside within a trash bin and city-approved enclosure. <br /> <br />e. Deliveries by trucks of three axles or larger shall be <br />limited to the hours between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. <br />There is no restriction on two axle delivery vehicles <br />with a one ton or less carrying capacity. <br /> <br />f. There shall be no more than two deliveries or pick-ups <br />per day per use by trucks of three axles or larger. <br /> <br />g. Signage for the proposed use shall conform to the <br />approved sign program of the site and shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director for review and approval. <br /> <br />- <br />
