In the event complaints are received by the Planning Director regarding noise, parking, traffic, or other problems occurring as a result of the operation of these uses at this location, the Director of Planning may refer the subject project back to the Planning Commission for review; the Planning Commission may at that time attach new conditions as necessary to eliminate/minimize the problem or may revoke the conditional use permit. {end}
