<br />Reso1ution No. PC-95-16 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-95-06, the application of Donald B. <br />Sharver for a conditional use permit to allow used car <br />sales (no servicing or outdoor display) within an <br />approximately 1,000 square foot space located at 3715 Old <br />Santa Rita Road, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
