The subject project shall be substantially as shown on the plan and statement of operations, Exhibit "A", dated "Received February 18, 1995" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans or operation may be allowed subject to the approval of the planning Director. Such modifications shall be submitted in writing to the planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning commission if judged to be substantial. 2. A maximum of four vehicles shall be stocked at a single time. 3. All vehicles stocked for sale shall be stored within the suite covered by this conditional use permit. 4. No vehicle washing or detailing shall occur in the parking area or on a public street. 5. All employee vehicles shall be parked on the site, not on public streets. 6. signage for the proposed use shall conform to the approved sign program of the site and shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval. 7. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention getting devices be utilized on the site except as allowed by section 18.96. 060K of the Zoning ordinance for grand openings. At no time shall spot lighting be used after 10:00 PM in conjunction with such grand openings and/or promotional events. 8. In the event complaints are received by the planning Director regarding noise, parking, traffic, or other problems occurring as a result of the operation of these uses at this location, the Director of Planning may refer the subject project back to the planning commission for review; the planning commission may at that time attach new conditions as necessary to elimi- nate/minimize the problem or may revoke the conditional use permit. 9. All trash and refuse shall be contained completely within the trash enclosures provided on the subject property. .
