<br />Reso1ution No. PC-95-13 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREPORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-95-05, the application of Joel <br />Gelderman for a conditional use permit to operate six <br />amusement devices in an existing bar and restaurant <br />(Haps) located at 122 West Neal street, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
