. . EXHIBIT B Haps - Amusement Devices Proposed Conditions of Approval Case UP-95-!5 February 22, 1995 1. The operation of the amusement devices shall conform substantially to the floor plan and related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received February 1, 1995"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the use and any tenant improvements, ifrequired, prior to the commencement of the use. 3. The total number of amusement devices in operation shall not exceed six (6). If any changes in the proposed operation of these devices are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for modification of the use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director. Said changes may require a modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may be approved by the Planning Director. 4. If the operation of this use resuhs in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, loitering, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. 5. The business shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). 6. This use permit is not transferable to another address. A new application must be made if the applicant relocates to another site. 7. A sign shall be posted inside the establishment in a conspicuous place listing the Code standards for the operation of amusement devices as stated in Section 6.04.040 of the Municipal Code.
