<br />. . <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Haps - Amusement Devices <br />Proposed Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-95-!5 <br />February 22, 1995 <br /> <br />1. The operation of the amusement devices shall conform substantially to the floor plan and <br />related materials, Exhibit A (dated "Received February 1, 1995"), on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the use and any <br />tenant improvements, ifrequired, prior to the commencement of the use. <br /> <br />3. The total number of amusement devices in operation shall not exceed six (6). If any <br />changes in the proposed operation of these devices are desired, prior City review and <br />approval is required. Requests for modification of the use permit shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director. Said changes may require a modification of the use permit or, upon <br />determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes <br />may be approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />4. If the operation of this use resuhs in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, loitering, <br />or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit <br />may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Commission may modifY or add conditions of approval to mitigate such <br />impacts, or may revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. The business shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />6. This use permit is not transferable to another address. A new application must be made if <br />the applicant relocates to another site. <br /> <br />7. A sign shall be posted inside the establishment in a conspicuous place listing the Code <br />standards for the operation of amusement devices as stated in Section 6.04.040 of the <br />Municipal Code. Also, a statement shall be added which states that no one under the age <br />of21 years may operate the amusement devices. <br /> <br />("P9'5....lI\iI< <br />FcIlnury 16, 1995 <br />
