<br />Resolution No. PC-95-l2 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />30. The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard <br />and erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering or <br />Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br />determined by the city Engineer. <br /> <br />31. storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and <br />channels not within the area of a dedicated public street or <br />public service easement approved by the city Engineer shall <br />be privately maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the city. <br /> <br />32. No construction may occur on any lot with over 15 feet of <br />fill until one year after grading, or until such time as the <br />project soils engineer can demonstrate the stability of the <br />fill to the satisfaction of the Building Official and city <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />33. The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to the <br />street or an approved storm drain system in accordance with <br />Sections 2907 (b) (5) and 7012 (d) of the 1988 Uniform <br />Building Code unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer <br />and Building Official. <br /> <br />STREETS <br /> <br />34. The developer shall dedicate to the City for street right- <br />of-way purposes those parcels of land intended to be public <br />streets. <br /> <br />35. In conformance with Tentative Map Tract 6452, the typical <br />street section of Ruby Hill Drive as shown on any final <br />improvement plans, final maps, or tentative maps as <br />applicable, shall show sidewalks on one side of the street <br />through PODs E, J, T-l, T-2, and V, and on both sides of the <br />street through PODs 0, R, and W. <br /> <br />UTILITIES <br /> <br />36. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the city <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />37. All lots that are below the elevation of the up-stream <br />sanitary sewer manhole shall have check valves on the house <br />lateral. These check valves shall be maintained by the <br />individual home-owner and shall be located outside of the <br />pUblic/street right-of-way. <br />
