<br />. Whether a 6,500 sq. ft. lot along Calle Ricardo should be eliminated and some lot <br />lines be reconfigured in order to achieve a minimum lot size of 6,700 sq. ft. If the <br />Commission agrees, a condition of approval will need to be added. <br /> <br />. Another issue is whether the garage sizes in Plans 1, 3 and 4 should be increased in <br />size to allow for two parking spaces measuring a total of 20' x 20'. This has been <br />added in Condition 6. <br /> <br />. Should 50% of the homes on Black Avenue be single story units to achieve a project <br />total of 33 % single-story homes. <br /> <br />. Whether full architectural treatments should be used on all four sides of the homes. <br />Staff feels this is important aspect, and is added as Condition 8. <br /> <br />. Commissioner Hovingh further clarified that the General Plan Update <br />recommendations do not reflect the current General Plan in effect as of this date. <br /> <br />Ms. Kline clarified for Chairman Lutz that the land swap with the park increased the park by <br />760 square feet. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker discussed the school generation rates reflected in the staff report. it is <br />her belief that the school enrollment figures in the School District's reports are inaccurate, <br />thereby, another school site is needed.
