<br />Commissioner Wright motioned, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, recommending <br />approval of Phase I only of Case Z-95-170, subject to the conditions of approval listed in <br />Exhibit B, with the following modification: <br /> <br />Condition 11: Delete second sentence. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAiN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dove, Hovingh, McGuirk, Wright and Chairman Lutz <br />None <br />Commissioner Barker <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC 95-64 was entered approving Case Z-95-170, as motioned. <br /> <br />d. GPA-95-01lPUD-95-04. New Cities Develooment Grouo <br />(1) Application to amend the Land Use Element designation of the General Plan from <br />Community Facilities - Schools to Medium Density Residential or any other land use <br />designation deemed in the public interest; and <br />(2) Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning to PUD-MDR (Planned Unit <br />Development) - (Medium Density Residential) District, and development plan approval for <br />34 single-family homes, on the former Del Prado School site located between Black Avenue <br />and Hansen Drive, adjacent to Hansen Park. Zoning for the property is R-I-6500 (Single <br />Family Residential - Minimum 6500 sq. ft. lot size) District. <br />The Planning Commission will also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the <br />project. <br /> <br />Continued to September 27, 1995. <br /> <br />e. PUD-95-03. Lvnden Homes <br />Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning to rezone a 1.01 acre site (1635 Rose <br />Avenue) from the Agricultural zoning district to the PUD - Medium Density Residential <br />District and development plan approval for a thirteen unit single-family residential <br />development on two parcels totalling 4.30 acres of land located at 1635 and 1777 Rose <br />Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR (Medium <br />Density Residential) and Agriculture District.
