Michael and Linda Kliment <br />Application to rezone an approximately 0.081 acre parcel from PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) _ Low Density Residential District and A (Agricultural) to R-I-40,OOO <br />District located at 5142 Foothill Road. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report for the application to rezone approximately 1.153 acres <br />from the "Agricultural" District and the "Planned Unit Development - Low Density <br />Residential" District to R-1-40,000 (Single Family Residential - Minimum 40,000 sq. ft. Lot <br />Size). The Kliments have acquired more property through lot line adjustments and need to <br />rezone all the property to one designation.
