and Mr. Teasley asked for some time for further review so owners can agree with proposed design. With that, there are no other concerns with the conditions. The issue of the sanitary sewer placement was discussed in detail by the applicant's representatives and the Commissioners. In response to Commissioner Wright, Mr. Teasley stated they agree the location of the sanitary sewer must be moved because it runs under the parking structure. However, the original design of the parking deck accommodated the sewer within their property. The expanded parking deck would necessitate placing the sewer out under Stoneridge Mall Road. Mr. Higdon advised the Condition 11 states the City minimum standards. Further, the plans must be surveyed, designed and reviewed to absolutely determine where the sewer line must be placed. Condition 5 should be written as follows: "All hanging containers should be of a minimum size of 10 gallons." In response to Commissioner Wright, Mr. Cooley advised the Commission that this project is scheduled in three phases: site grading, building construction and parking deck construction. The parking spaces taken for the staging area will be replaced with other parking to impact the shoppers as little as possible. PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED Regarding time limits on construction work, Mr. Pavan noted the oversight and this wording will be included in the permit. The time limits are dictated by Municipal Code, which are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday. A motion was made by Commissioner Dove, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, approving Case Z-95-73 subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit "B," with the following modifications: Condition No.3: changing 32 ft. to 25 ft. Condition No.5: All hanging containers shall be a minimum size of 10 gallons. Condition No. 13K: All parking spaces shall be striped. Eliminate all reference to wheel stops.
