Taubman Comnanv (Sears Roebuck & Comnanv) <br />Application for design review approval to allow the construction of a three-story, <br />180,000 square foot department store connected to the Stoneridge Mall and a single- <br />story elevated parking structure on the Stoneridge Mall property located at 1700 <br />Stoneridge Mall Road. Zoning for the property is CR(m) - (Regional Commercial - <br />Mall) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Pavan presented the staff report for a request for a design review approval to allow <br />construction of a Sears Department store at the Stoneridge Mall, consisting of a three-story, <br />approximately 177,930 sq. ft. building with a semi-attached, single-level parking deck.
