<br />In response to Chairman Wright, Ms. Lutz stated the Land Trust does not anticipate <br />purchasing land outright. The funds will be applied toward conservation easements as well <br />as the yearly monitoring of the conservation easements. GeldennADD (Hans) <br />Application for a conditional use pennit to allow the installation of a second amusement <br />device in an existing bar (Haps) located at 122 W. Neal Street. Zoning for the property <br />is C-C (Central Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report on the conditional use permit for six amusement devices <br />in Haps Bar. Staff has viewed the locations of the amusement devices inside the bar and <br />believes the location and operation meet the requirements of the Municipal Code as well as <br />meeting the concerns of the Police Department.
