<br />In response to Chairman Wright, Ms. Lutz stated the Land Trust does not anticipate <br />purchasing land outright. The funds will be applied toward conservation easements as well <br />as the yearly monitoring of the conservation easements. The monitoring activities will be <br />done by staff. <br /> <br />~ REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Swift requested that Item 6b. Z-95-26, Tom Cavala; Item 6c. Z-95-12, Ed and Diane <br />Churka; and Item 00. RZ-94-06, Signature Properties be continued to the March 8, 1995, <br />meeting. <br /> <br />~ MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />L PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />L UP-9S-0S. .Toel F. GeldennADD (Hans) <br />Application for a conditional use pennit to allow the installation of a second amusement <br />device in an existing bar (Haps) located at 122 W. Neal Street. Zoning for the property <br />is C-C (Central Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report on the conditional use permit for six amusement devices <br />in Haps Bar. Staff has viewed the locations of the amusement devices inside the bar and <br />believes the location and operation meet the requirements of the Municipal Code as well as <br />meeting the concerns of the Police Department. Staff recommends approval of Case UP-95- <br />5, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner McGuirk, staff advised that this conditional use permit stays <br />with the establishment and does not follow the applicant to a new address. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Joel Geldermann, 19251 San Ramon Valley Blvd., San Ramon, stated that he has read and <br />agrees with the staff report and conditions of approval. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commi...~ioner Hovingh, seconded by Commiosioner McGuirk, <br />making the conditional use pennit rmdings and approving Case UP-9S-S, subject to the <br />conditions listed in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />February 22, 1995 <br />
