ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, Harry Lutz, Debra <br />Barker and Chairman Bob Wright <br />None <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning; Dennis Beougher, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public <br />Works; Kathryn Watt, Associate Planner; and Terri Czapinski, <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />~ APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The February 8, 1995, minutes were approved as written. <br /> <br />J.. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Lois Lutz, 4545 Entrada Court, read a prepared statement to the Commission as the <br />Pleasanton representative to the South Livermore Valley Agricultural Land Trust on the role <br />of the Land Trust in the valley. <br /> <br />Ms. Lutz stated the use of Land Trust money for promotional purposes has been eliminated. <br />The money is to be used only for agricultural or open space areas. In response to <br />Commissioner Hovingh's inquiry, Ms. Lutz stated that the potential problem of people <br />leaving the wineries with blood alcohol levels over the legal limit is an important concern, <br />although not one taken up by the Land Trust. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />February 22, 1995 <br />
