He feels <br />it should be considered for this development. He is concerned about the lack of single story <br />homes in this development as well as Lots II and 27 have no street frontage. He would like <br />these lots removed from the project. Chairman Wright discussed the positive aspects of the <br />project that outweigh the medium density. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker stated her desire to have the park made larger. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commi",~ioner McGuirk, seconded by ChaInnan Wright, <br />recommending approval of the PUD-94-04, St. John's Place, to the City Council subject <br />to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B, with the following modifications: <br /> <br />Condition 4: Color pallet would be submitted for review and approval to the <br />Planning Director.
