Mr. Swift suggested trying another motion adding or deleting conditions or otherwise denying the project. Commissioner Lutz feels the density is the stumbling block which seems to be a non- negotiable item. Chairman Wright feels the density is a good tradeoff from another multi- unit project and is also acceptable to the surrounding neighbors. A motion was made by Cornrni~ioner Hovingh recommending approval of the PUD-94- 04, St. John's Place, to the City Council subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B, with the following modifications: The same modifications as in the fIrst motion.
