They originally proposed 45 homes with the profit coming in the sale of the last five <br />homes. They have lost two lots, so the profit is in the last three homes. Taking out one <br />more lot, they would build the project for the profit in two homes. There is a point where <br />they will just not go forward with the project for such a small margin. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Chairman Wright feels that they are close to throwing something away that would be good <br />for the community instead of what could be proposed in the future.
