The proposed conditional use will comply with each ofthe applicable provisions <br />of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The Valley Business Park conditionally permits the establishment of a recreational <br />facility, and the proposed indoor gymnastics and cheerleading training facility is <br />considered a recreational use. Granting a conditional use permit would be consistent with <br />the City's ability to regulate related zoning regulations.
