<br />Exhibit B <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />PCUP-I08, U.S. Gymsports <br />1056 Serpentine Lane <br />May 26, 2004 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to Exhibit "A" - the site plan, floor <br />plan, dated "Received, May 19,2004," and the written narratives dated <br />"Received, April 19, 2004," on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by the following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved <br />operation and schedule may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be <br />in substantial compliance with the proposal. <br /> <br />2. The operation of the gymnastics and cheerleading training facility shall generally <br />adhere to the following schedule: <br /> <br />Monday through Saturday: <br />Sunday: <br />Invitational Events: <br /> <br />9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. <br />4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. <br />Twice a year on Saturdays <br /> <br />3. If additional hours and activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's <br />statement of operation, dated "Received April 19, 2004," on file in the Planning <br />Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such <br />modification may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in <br />substantial conformance with the approval. The Planning Director may also refer <br />the matter to the Planning Commission if the proposed changes would be <br />significant. <br /> <br />4. At no time shall the total number' of athletes allowed to participated in recreation <br />classes, in team practice, and in invitational events exceed the maximum numbers <br />as shown in the chart below: <br /> <br /> Recreation Classes Team Practice Summer Camps <br />Regular School Months 48 72 None <br />Summer Months None 72 44 <br />Invitational Events None 60 None <br /> <br />1 The maximum number is based on the training program provided by the <br />applicants, dated "Received, April 19, 2004" on file in the Planning Department, <br />which states that no team parents are allowed to watch team practice, that the <br />estimate of 25 percent of the recreation class parents may remain in the facility <br />during recreation classes, and that team athletes carpool to practice with four <br />athletes in one vehicle. <br />
