Exhibit B Conditions of Approval PCUP-I08, U.S. Gymsports 1056 Serpentine Lane May 26, 2004 1. The proposed use shall conform substantially to Exhibit "A" - the site plan, floor plan, dated "Received, May 19,2004," and the written narratives dated "Received, April 19, 2004," on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and schedule may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial compliance with the proposal. 2. The operation of the gymnastics and cheerleading training facility shall generally adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Saturday: Sunday: Invitational Events: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Twice a year on Saturdays 3. If additional hours and activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement of operation, dated "Received April 19, 2004," on file in the Planning Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modification may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance with the approval. The Planning Director may also refer the matter to the Planning Commission if the proposed changes would be significant. 4. At no time shall the total number' of athletes allowed to participated in recreation classes, in team practice, and in invitational events exceed the maximum numbers as shown in the chart below: Recreation Classes Team Practice Summer Camps Regular School Months 48 72 None Summer Months None 72 44 Invitational Events None 60 None 1 The maximum number is based on the training program provided by the applicants, dated "Received, April 19, 2004" on file in the Planning Department, which states that no team parents are allowed to watch team practice, that the estimate of 25 percent of the recreation class parents may remain in the facility during recreation classes, and that team athletes carpool to practice with four athletes in one vehicle.
