The applicant shall work with staff and the peer review design consultant to <br />articulate the front elevation wall and reduce its bulkiness by installing a window, <br />iron work, or tiles, or by taking other measures. <br /> <br />Public Art <br /> <br />IS. The developer is encouraged to work with the City's Civic Arts Commission to <br />provide public art for this site. <br /> <br />Fencing and Retaining Walls <br /> <br />19.
