The applicant shall require that the building design professional annotate this requirement on each plan sheet that the roof flashing, gutters, and downspouts are shown for the issuance of a building permit. 9. Any proposed vents shall be stucco, wrought iron, or clay barrels. All proposed vents shall be shown on the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. The exterior design of the vents shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning Director, prior to the issuance of a building permit. 10. The windows shall be casement windows with metal or wood frames and shall be recessed at least five inches into the building wall. The glazing on the windows shall be clear. The grids shall be metal or wood and shall be designed such that the windows shall have true divided lights. The windows shall not have snap on grids separating the panes of glass. The window frame material shall match the window grid material. On the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall provide a detailed window section showing the window details described in this condition of approval.
