<br />Resolution No. PC-2004-06 <br />Page Five <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-30, the application of Valley Park <br />Associates, LLC, for PUD rezoning of an approximately 66,51 I-square-foot infill <br />lot located at 325 Ray Street from R-I-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) District <br />to PUD-O (Planned Unit Development - Office) District and for development <br />plan approval to construct an approximately l5,300-square-foot office building <br />and related site improvements at the subject site, as shown on Exhibit "E," Zoning <br />Unit Map No. 460, and subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," both of <br />which are attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, and contingent <br />on the City Council approving the amendment to the Downtown Specific Plan as <br />recommended by the Planning Commission pursuant to Resolution <br />No. PC-2004-05. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 14TH DAY OF JANUARY 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Kameny, Maas, and Roberts <br />Commissioners Fox and Sullivan <br />Commissioner Arkin <br />None <br /> <br />AmST, ~ <br />Ih /J (j.
