- Ms. Nerland advised that the Commission may discuss that issue. <br />Chairperson Roberts suggested that the Commission vote on the first motion and then <br />make a second motion to accommodate Commissioner Sullivan's request. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Fox, Roberts, and Sullivan. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Kameny and Maas. <br />The motion passed. <br />Ms. Nerland advised that there may be a staff workload issue if staff reports are required. <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that an individual Commissioner may alert the Commission <br />during Matters Initiated but that a staff report may not be written if staff had not been <br />following the issue. <br />Ms. Nerland advised that the Brown Act agenda requirements must still be followed. <br />Mr. Iserson advised that the issue must be received by the Planning Department by the <br />Friday morning before the meeting in order to get it on the agenda. <br />Commissioner Sullivan moved to allow an individual Commissioner to request that <br />staff place appropriate time-sensitive State bills an the agenda for consideration by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Fox seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arkin, Fox, Roberts, and Sullivan. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Kameny and Maas. <br />The motion passed. <br />c.
