She noted that the worker who chopped up the limb did a thorough <br />job without damaging the telephone line, and did a better job than PG&E. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that in addition to working on the Energy Element, the <br />Pleasanton Energy Committee is also working on a community aggregation feasibility <br />study to determine whether it makes sense for Pleasanton to buy power on the open <br />mazket instead of through PG&E. He noted that it was still in the rule-making process of <br />the Public Utilities Commission. A certain amount of renewable energy is required, and <br />the initial results should be received from the economic feasibility study in several weeks. <br />He noted that Pleasanton's involvement had been partially funded and that the City <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Apri128, 2004 Page 15 of 16 <br />
