Staff recommended approval of this item. <br />Chairperson Roberts found it odd that the reception area is in the front of the building but that <br />people would enter from the back. <br />Mr. Iserson advised that the main parking area is in the rear of the building but that there was <br />some parking in the front, as well. The reception area was typically not used very much. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br />Noel Remigio, 3027 Promontory Circle, San Ramon, applicant, advised that there was more <br />room for traffic circulation in the back of the building and added that they would use the back <br />entrance to accommodate the landlord's wishes. He advised that the four spaces available in the <br />front would be used by staff members. <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Maas, Mr. Remigio confirmed that the business was <br />primarily a training facility and that they would not hold any competitions.
