Upon notification by the Director of Public Works, the City Administrator or other duly authorized representative of the Town of Pleasanton, all persons, including the refuse collector, shall comply with the provisions of this ordinance or be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 2.03| In all cases of disputes or complaints concerning receptacles for refuse and the place where they are awaiting rer, oval of their contents, the quantities to be removed, the number of times of removal and the rates d~arged, the City Administrator or the Director of Public Works, or their duly authorized agents, shall designate the place, quantity, time, manner and rates for such removal, and his ~ecision shall be final. Section 2.04] It shall be unlawful for any person to in any manner interfere ~ith the collection, removal or disposal of refuse by the authorized refuse collector.
