COLLECTION OF REFUSE. <br /> <br /> Section ~,01: The Director of Public Works may make <br />such regul~tiens concerning the number and manner of collections <br />of refuse as he may deem necessary to carry out the provisions <br />of this ordinance, but in no case shall collection services <br />less ~han once a reek be pern:itted. <br /> <br /> Section ~,.0~: The time of collection shall be between <br />the hours of ~:00 o~clock A. ~. and 6:00 o~clock P. ~.~. in the <br />residential district; and between 4:00 o~clock A. RE~'0VAL OF REFUSE. <br /> <br /> Section 5.01: Refuse collected in the Town of <br />P!eas~nton s~all be hauled in all-steel, water-tight hod led <br />nI~otor trucks, and taken to the dump in such a manner as not to <br />be offensive or filthy to any person, place, building or <br />highway. The truck bodies shall be constructed of sufficient <br />stren~-th to withstand fire within, without endangering c~djacent <br />pro~:~erty. Said bodies shall be washed at leas~-once a week, <br />~;nd painted once each year, and otherwise appear as neat as <br />~)ossible under the circumstances.
