Commissioner Roberts moved to make the PUD development plan findings as stated <br />in the staff report and to recommend approval of PUD-42, subject to the conditions <br />of approval in the staff report, with the following modifications: <br /> 1. All references to the sidewalk shall be deleted if approved by the <br /> Council; <br /> 2. All the houses must come before the Planning Commission for design <br /> review; <br /> 3. Retaining walls, fencing, and runoff and flooding issues with respect <br /> to the Greenes' property will be further examined; <br /> 4. Open fencing will be placed between the houses on the hills; <br /> 5. Staff will work with the developer to consider the Greenes' privacy <br /> concerns during the house design process; and <br /> 6.
