Earl it has been more than two weeks since you and I spoke on the phone, and you mentioning that you will ask Ed(?) to contact me to discuss the sub-division of your property. No one has contacted me yet. As we all know the sub-division of our respective properties has not been easy to say the least. However, I believe we have got this far, by the simple fact that neither one of us played games, and we both have been fair, open & respectful toward each other. It is in the same sprit that I am writing this e-mail, and I am hoping that we can get this process to conclusion on the same manner. Throughout my sub-division, I kept you fully informed on every step, by continuous reviewing of the plans, discussions, and working with you on any issues and concern that you had. We resolved many of them together. From dealing with the third parties (Greenbrier, and Planning Dept.) to working out the issue, such as re-doing the road opening, putting the majority of the road in my property to accommodate your building relocation and keeping your rentals intact, to Greens increasing your set back resulting into pushing the road an additional 3 feet further into my property, keeping a sane buffer to Heathers bedroom, and saving the Black Walnut Tree, to providing you connection to the water of sewer lines, to you guys being so supportive, accommodating and gracious throughout our construction 1 of 4 2/2/2005 8:30 PM
