To date I have not been contacted or seen any plans or have been asked to provide any input in your sub-division process. I am fully aware that you provided me the opportunity to fully control that process. However, I could not accommodate your financial desires, and I truly believed, you should be able to get as much out of your property as you can, even if it meant, I would give up control over what will happen around my dream home. I have two issues/concerns. One as you know is the Pedestrian Path, and other one is how my view will be impacted based on the pad elevations & design guide lines of lot north of the creek. On Pedestrian Path, as you know I do not want it at all, and delayed my own project for almost two years trying to get rid of it. The only reason that I delayed fighting it, was the final language in the ordinance for my sub-division, that clearly states that TIMING and final LOCATION of the connection to San Carlos way will be decided when your property will be sub-divided. Since, I knew that you clearly did not want it also. I believed that we will have another opportunity in the future to fight it together. Well, you are no longer here, and I know it really does not concern you any more. However, I am here and it really concerns me, and I am fully prepare to fight it all the away. The only reason, that I have not started the process yet, is due to the fact, that I know you guys have a timing issue, and want to get this done and move on with your life in Montana.
