Furniture Move Claims - You have indicated that there are outstanding claims for
furniture damage and missing furniture related to the house move. The City has
contacted the mover, R&R Professional Moving, Inc., who has indicated that
claims were made for damage and missing furniture, and that in their view, the
claims had been settled. The moving company has also indicated that their
liability extends only to that time prior to when a subsequent move occurs. You
have since moved to Montana and the moving company claims no further liability
for damages. This issue is considered closed.

Site Plan -You had requested a copy of plans that show the location of utility
laterals serving your property. The developer has supplied a copy of the
construction drawing marked up to identify the location of utility service laterals
to the best of their knowledge.

Water Pressure - Once moved to its new location, the Bach house was
disconnected from a water well on the property and connected to the City's Lower
Zone water supply. You have indicated that the water pressure supplied by the
new City connection is significantly less than that produced by the well pump and
that this low pressure may be the result of multiple fittings used to route water
service piping to the house. Pressure testing, however, has revealed that actual
water pressure delivered to the house is within the range of 56-100psi, consistent
with pressure delivered to neighboring properties on the City's Lower Zone water
system.

We realize your interaction with Greenbriar has been frustrating. If there is anything
further I can do to help resolve any additional outstanding issues, pleas give me a call or
write to me at the City address. My telephone number is (925) 931-5675.

Very truly yours,

City Engineer

Enclosures

Cc: Bob Williams
