The foremost <br />examples include: <br /> · Additional intersection widening at Stanley Boulevard/Valley Avenue/Bemal Avenue - <br /> required of Ponderosa Homes, with contributions from waterslides/other area projects; <br /> · Intersection widening at Stoneridge Drive/Santa Rita Road and Hopyard Road/Owens <br /> Drive - North Pleasanton Improvement District (NPID)-funded but unbuilt mitigations; <br /> · West Las Positas Boulevard interchange or Council-selected alternative - a requirement, <br /> for partial funding, of Stoneridge Mall, past and future Hacienda Park projects, and other <br /> North Pleasanton projects; <br /> · Bernal Avenue/I-680 interchange modifications - a capped $15 million obligation of <br /> Bernal Property developers; <br /> · Foothill Road/Canyon Way modifications - the obligation of Stoneridge Mall and area <br /> office developers; <br /> · Northbound Bemal Avenue/Arroyo del Valle bridge-widening and Bernal <br /> Avenue/Vineyard Avenue (North) intersection modifications - funded, but unbuilt, <br /> CIP project; and <br /> <br />SR 05:070 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
