Trim the noses of landscape planters as necessary to allow satisfactory fire truck <br />turning movements from the southerly driveway aisle onto the main north-south <br />aisle and then onto the east-west aisle which intersects the joint Hilton Hotel - <br />Club Sport driveway; and <br /> <br />k. Unless agreement is reached to integrate the parking lot with the Church prior t <br />approval of the final landscape plan, add a minimum five-foot wide planter along <br />the existing chain link fence forming the boundary between the Church and the <br />subject site and extend it along the joint boundary up to the southerly driveway; <br />this drive aisle may be reduced in width to no less than twenty feet to <br />accommodate this change. <br /> <br />3. The landscape plan shall be modified as follows: <br /> <br />a. The street tree used within the Johnson Drive P.S.E. shall be selected by the City's <br />landscape architect and shall conform to a street tree planting plan for Johnson <br />Drive. <br /> <br />b. Final tree, shrub, and groundcover species shall be designated on the final plans <br />for review and approval by the Planning Director; all species shall be suitable for <br />satisfactory growth in Pleasanton, in this locale, and in the locations proposed. <br /> <br />c. The final landscape plan shall show the precise location of new plantings as well <br />as the existing landscaping located on the Church property along the south side of <br />the southerly entrance driveway; new plantings shall be designed to complement <br />the existing landscaping; <br /> <br />d. The final landscape plan shall show a minimum of ten feet of landscaping on the <br />"future office site" adjoining the eastern, southern, and western sides; the Johnson <br />Drive frontage of this site shall include a minimum of ten feet of landscaping <br />behind the sidewalk. The rest of this site shall be maintained in an erosion-free, <br />weed-free condition until such time as construction begins on the future office <br />building, the manner of accomplishing this to be shown on the final landscape <br />plan and approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />e. The landscape planter adjacent to the Club Sport building shall be wide enough to <br />adequately support the trees planned to be planted here; these trees should be <br />selected to grow at least as high as the building and should be either planted as <br />fast growing species or box-sized trees having an initial height of at least 16 feet. <br />
