REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised the Commission that Item 6a., UP-95-80/Z-95-255, GTE Mobilnet/Tea Group, <br />and Item 6f., Z-96-40, Valley Community Church, were continued to June 12, 1996, and Item 6b., <br />PUD-80-16-6M, Lamorinda Development and Investment, was continued to June 26, 1996. <br /> <br />5. GTE Mobilnet/Tea GrouD <br />Application for a conditional use permit and design review approval to allow the construction <br />and operation of an unmanned cellular communications facility, including an 85 foot tall <br />monopole and transmission/receiving antenna and a 240 square foot equipment building, <br />located at 3744 Old Santa Rita Road. Zoning for the property is C-S (Service Commercial) <br />District. <br /> <br />Continued to June 12, 1996. <br /> <br />b. PUD-80-16-6M, Lamorinda DeveloDment and Investment <br />Application for a Planned Unit Development major modification and development plan approval <br />to allow the construction of a fast-food restaurant with a drive through, a service station with <br />a convenience store and car wash, and two future restaurant pads located at 5050 Hopyard <br />Road (Hopyard Road at Gibraltar Drive). Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - I1C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />Continued to June 26, 1996. <br /> <br />c. UP-96-23. Pleasanton Playhouse <br />Application for a conditional use permit approval to expand the existing theater operations by <br />adding 1,792 square feet of floor area in order to construct a stage for public performances. <br />Pleasanton Playhouse is located in an existing building at 1048 Serpentine Lane.
