ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Geoff Cooper, Hal <br />McGuirk, and Bob Wright <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Chairman Harry Lutz <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; Kerri <br />Watt, Associate Planner; and Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the May 6, May 8, and May 13, 1996, meetings were accepted, with the following <br />modifications: <br /> <br />Mav 6. 1996: <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright requested the following modifications: <br />Page 3, 2nd paragraph: Change "He also advised..." to "Mr. Higdon also advised... " <br />Page 7, 2nd paragraph: Change "Residential" to "Residential." <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker requested the following addition: <br />Page 7, 2nd paragraph: Add the sentence: "Staff advised that the R-1-6,500 zoning equals <br />five units per acre. II <br /> <br />Mav 13. 1996 <br /> <br />Commissioner Dove requested the following modification: <br />Page 3, 2nd paragraph: Change second sentence to read: "He believes there is no fInancing <br />for the next 25 years; therefore, a toll road could be considered. " <br />
