Citv of Pleasanton <br />Determination that the City purchase three vacant parcels totalling approximately 6.65 <br />acres within Hacienda Business Park for development of a City-owned neighborhood park <br />to be located at 5665 Stoneridge Drive and within the Alameda County Transportation <br />Corridor <Assessor Parcel Numbers 941-2764-7-1, 941-2764-7-2, and 941-2764-S-2) is in <br />conformance with the General Plan. Zoning for the properties is PUD (planned Unit <br />Development) -ICO (Industrial, Commercial, and Office) District. The Planning <br />Commission will also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for this item. <br /> <br />Mr. lserson presented the staff report for consideration of whether the City should purchase the <br />vacant parcels of approximately 6.65 acres within Hacienda Bnsiness Park for development of <br /> <br />Planning commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />May 8, 1996 <br />
