The Pleasanton Community <br />Church has been serving the area since 1987. The church is in need of more space, and he <br />wants to develop the second floor of the building. Providian BancorD <br />Application for a Planned Unit Development major modification and development plan <br />approval to allow the construction of two (2) two-story office buildings totalling <br />approximately 100,000 square feet on an approximately 12.31-acre site located on the <br />southwest corner of Franklin Drive and Johnson Drive. The proposal also includes the <br />abandonment of Morse Drive between Johnson Drive and Franklin Drive.
