Parking has never been a factor for this site over the <br />years. <br /> <br />With the addition of the Code requirements and elevator, staff believes this use permit meets the <br />use permit findings and recommends approval subject to the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright inquired if the Fire Marshall would review the upstairs sprinkler layout <br />in accordance with the new classroom partitions. Mr. Iserson advised that during the plan check <br />process, fire department will review that the sprinkler pattern matches the new use. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Pastor David Sell, 1049 Crellin Road, represented his application. The Pleasanton Community <br />Church has been serving the area since 1987. The church is in need of more space, and he <br />wants to develop the second floor of the building. Providian BancorD <br />Application for a Planned Unit Development major modification and development plan <br />approval to allow the construction of two (2) two-story office buildings totalling <br />approximately 100,000 square feet on an approximately 12.31-acre site located on the <br />southwest corner of Franklin Drive and Johnson Drive. The proposal also includes the <br />abandonment of Morse Drive between Johnson Drive and Franklin Drive.
