Requiring "No Trespassing" signs installed near the 52 space parking lot. <br /> <br />3. Requiring that keys to the parking lot be kept by property management and <br />security personnel only. <br /> <br />4. Requiring the property owner to offer to the neighbors to install lattice panel <br />extensions on the top of the existing masonry wall separating the shopping <br />center from the neighbors. <br /> <br />5. Requiring that new trees be installed in the 20 ft. wide planter strip adjacent to <br />the neighbors' backyards and that a new landscape plan be submitted to staff <br />and the neighbors for review and approval. <br /> <br />Two additional PUD modifications are proposed for this application: <br /> <br />1. The shopping center owners have proposed to install one 15 ft. taillight <br />standard in the center planter island of the 52 space parking lot in conjunction <br />with several bollard-style lights. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed staff to examine the allowed uses for <br />Building 5 to determine if any were noise-producing uses. Staff believes that <br />several of the uses would not be compatible with the neighbors and staff is <br />recommending that a PUD modification be included to delete several of the <br />currently allowed uses for Building 5. <br /> <br />The unresolved issues from the November, 1995, meeting were: <br /> <br />I. The parking lot gate hours and the hours of operation of the La Petite <br />Academy day care. <br />2. Parking lot lighting. <br />3. Lattice panels added to the masonry wall. <br />4. Uses of Building 5 (5737 Valley Avenue) <br />5. Complaints regarding Popi Lounge and Best Friends Pet Store. <br /> <br />The proposed PUD modifications agreed upon to date are: <br /> <br />1.
