Britaunia DeveloDments/Chamorro Desil!ll GrouD <br />Application for design review approval to allow the construction of a single-story, <br />approximately 64,196 square foot office building on an existing site in the Hacienda Business <br />Park located on the southwest comer of Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar Drive. Zoning for <br />the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office) <br />District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report on the application for design review approval for the fourth <br />phase of the Britannia Business Center. This is a 64,196 sq. ft. building to be constructed on a <br />5.09 acre site (Site lOA) in the area of Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar Drive. <br /> <br />This building will be identical to the first three phases of the Britannia Business Center. All <br />landscaping and signage plans meet the standards of the City and Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson noted that Condition I and 2 need to be revised to indicate the "received" date as <br />February 7, 1996. <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-62D, subject to the conditions of approval, as <br />corrected. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Mr. Al Chamorro represented this application, and he stated that Britannia Business Center <br />agrees to all conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright suggested a change in the hours of construction to begin at 7 a.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk inquired if there are different construction hours for residential as <br />opposed to business development.
