ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, Hal <br />McGuirk, Bob Wright and Chairman Harry Lutz <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and <br />Terri Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the January 24, 1996, meeting were accepted as wtitten with the following <br />addition requested by Commissioner McGuirk on Page 10, 2nd paragraph: <br /> <br />Insert after second sentence: "Commissioner McGuirk felt Signature had a good product <br />in a poor location. He did not feel the noise mitigation measures were in the best <br />interests of the residents." <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WInCH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised the Commission that Item 00,. UP-95-81, HEC Investments (24-Hour <br />Nautilus), Item 6e" PUD-85-I0-4M, Hopyard Village Shopping Center and Item 6f" PUD 96- <br />01, City of Pleasanton were continued to February 28, 1996. <br />
