Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report for design review approval for an approximately <br />13,036 sq. ft. retail carpet showroom and store located on Lot SID in the Hacienda Business <br />Park (adjacent to Chevy's). <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson described the building design and architecture. It will be similar in finish to <br />Chevy's. There will be two tower features with an arching trellis.
