<br />i' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright noted that Commissioner Dove was listed on the Roll Call Vote on each <br />of the issues, and his name should be deleted because he is an alternate Commissioner. <br />Therefore, Commissioner Dove shall be deleted from the Roll Call Vote on pages 4 and 15. <br /> <br /> <br />The minutes of the November 19, 1997, meeting were approved with the following revisions: <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran amended page 15, paragraph 6, to insert the following after sentence <br />1: "He said that the issues that put neighbors against each other are difficult to deal with" . <br />He also amended page 18, paragraph 4, to delete sentence 2 and replace it with: "He, therefore, <br />requested staff to note this and make these changes for the next meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran amended page 18, Roll Call Vote, to reflect his vote under the "Noes". <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker amended page 16, paragraph 2, to insert the following sentence after <br />sentence 4: "She wants the existing neighbors to be in a good bargaining position when they <br />go into negotiations with Greenbriar on all issues." <br /> <br />3. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />PUD-97-03/UP-97-27. Greenbriar <br />Application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan <br />approval for 111 single-family detached homes on 56.2 (+/-) acres located on the northerly <br />side of Sycamore Road approximately 1800' easterly of Sunol Boulevard, and use permit <br />approval to allow an aupairlsecondary unit to be offered as an option for house plans #3 <br />and #4. Zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - A/LDR <br />(Agricultural/Low Density Residential) District.
