Dirk Liiesen <br />Application for a conditional use permit to construct an approximately 442-square foot <br />secondary unit within an existing home located at 1921 Clover Court. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the conditional use permit, subject <br />to the conditions in Exhibit "8." He noted that the applicant intends to use the unit for an au <br />pair. He advised that the proposal meets the State Law requirements for second units. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />No one spoke on this item. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated that he was unable to determine the location of the second unit in <br />the residence from the plans the Commission received. He noted that he is relying on staff to <br />assure that the entrance is appropriate. Woodmasters <br />Application for a conditional use permit for a woodworking/cabinet shop and for outdoor <br />storage for a concrete contractor, and for design review approval for site improvements and <br />building modifications for property located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road.
