ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Kris Kumaran, and Bob <br />Wright, and Chair Geoff Cooper <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Harry Lutz <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director <br />of Public Works; and Kathy Ferreira, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the October 8,1997, meeting were approved with the following revisions: <br /> <br />Commissioner Kumaran amended page 5, paragraph 5 (second and third sentence) to read as <br />follows: "He noted that should the applicant reduce the height of the structure to under ten feet <br />the only recourse would be the CC&R's. He commented that the applicant has made a lot of <br />effort in attempting to see that the trees would provide privacy for the neighbors while allowing <br />his child to play in the structure." <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br />
