He noted that Exhibit "B" of the staff report includes a condition for this modification. PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED Mr. Antonio Silva, represented the application. He noted that he is currently working on the two-unit apartment building at the rear of the site and that it is framed and needs siding. He stated that due to his regular work schedule he cannot get to the site to begin work until 3:00 p.m. In response to a question from Chair Cooper, Mr. Silva advised that he cannot hire help to work during the day, and that he works alone. Discussion ensued regarding the current status of the project construction and whether staff's recommended modification of hours would assist the applicant in completing the project. PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED Commissioner Lutz noted support to modify the hours as suggested by staff. Commissioner Wright stated that he concurs with Commissioner Lutz. He noted that these construction hours were conditioned because the project is in a residential neighborhood. He commented that Mr. Silva has two hours a day and all day Saturday to work on the construction, and it sounds as if he is far enough along to complete the exterior work before the rainy season. He stated that he supports staff's recommendation. Commissioner Barker stated that she supports staff's recommendation. Commissioner Kumaran noted that what staff is suggesting should help Mr. Silva complete the proj ect. A motion was made by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Lutz, approving the modification to the conditions of approval for Case Z-9S-176, subject to Exhibit "B."
