Resolution No. 05-001 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the proposed design review, as <br /> conditioned, is appropriate and is consistent with the zoning regulations for <br /> the zoning district of the property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Upholds the appeal, thereby approving Case PAP-72 (PDR-414), the <br /> application of James Ervin for design review approval to construct, subject <br /> to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and made a part of <br /> this case by reference, a single-story retail addition measuring 804 square <br /> feet to the front of an existing residence located at 4473 Railroad Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2.
