Commissioner Lutz motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, finding that the project has a De Minimis impact on the site's wildlife. Commissioner Lutz motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, recommending that the proposed PUD development plan is consistent with the General Plan and the purpose of the PUD ordinance. Commissioner Lutz motioned, seconded by Commissioner Wright, adopting a resolution recommending approval of Case PUD-97-02 to the City Council, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit B, with the following modifications: Addition of Condition 12.e.: The screen wall pilasters shall be widened by approximately 1 foot.
