19.1106 The Council may affirm, reverse, or modify the action <br /> appealed, as it deems Just and equitable, and exercise all rights of <br /> any other officer or commission. <br /> <br /> 19.1107 Action of the City Council may be reviewed by competent <br /> courts. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 20 <br /> <br /> ENFORCENENT <br /> <br /> 20.100 ~ho shall Enforce. All officers and employees of the City of <br /> Pleasanton shall enforce the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> 20.101 No permit, certificate, or license for uses, buildings, or <br /> purposes in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, shall be <br /> issued. Any anch permits certificate, or license issued contrary to <br /> the provisions of this ordinance shall be null and void. <br /> <br /> 20.102 The Building Inspector shall enforce the provisions of this <br />ordinance pertaining to the erections construction, reconstruction, mov- <br />ing, conversions alterations or addition to any building or structure <br />and the use of any land, building, or premise. <br /> <br /> 20.200 Any building or structure constructed, altered, or enlarged, <br />converted, moved, or maintained contrary to this ordinance, and any <br />use of any land, building or premise established or maintained contrary <br />to this ordinance, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be un- <br />lawful and a public nuisance. The City Attorney shall, upon order of City <br />Council, immediately commence action or proceedings for the abatement <br />and removal and enjoinment thereoft and shall take such other steps <br />before court having Jurisdiction to abate and remove such building or <br />structure, and to restrain such person from building, maintaining or <br />using such bELldinS or structure. <br /> <br /> 20.201 The remedies provided for herein shall be cumulative and <br />not exclusive. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 21 <br /> <br /> PENALTY <br /> <br /> 20.100 Any person, rim or corporation, ~hether acting as principals <br />agent or employee, who violates or causes the violation of any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> 21.101 Upon conviction such person shall b e punishable by a fine of <br />not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months <br />or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br /> 48 <br /> <br /> <br />
