(d) Commercial establishments with cooking facilities, bar facilities, <br /> <br /> or similar facilities - $2.25 per month. <br /> <br /> (e) industrial and heavy commercial uses~ including schools~ laundries, <br /> <br /> iaundr0mats, Car wash units, processing facilities; public institutions <br /> <br />a.nd similar uses: to be fixed by resolution of the City Council. <br />SECTion 5. SEWER CONNECTION MANDATORY: The further maintenance or use of <br />ceespools or' septic tanks or other local means of sewage disposal constitutes <br />s public nuisance. All buildings inhabited by human beings which are not more <br />then 2~0' from ~ sewage system of the City or extension thereof, and for which <br />is a grade sufficient to allow gravity flow~ shall be connected to the sewage <br />system of the City not less than 180 days from the effective date of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 6. PAYMENT, COLLECTIOD~AND BILLING: The charges established by <br />this Ordinance shall be paid by the occupant of the premise to the City Water <br />Department within 30 da~,'s after presentation. Charges shall be delinquent if <br />not paid within the said 30 days. Charges may_be included in the City water <br />bil].s monthly or bi-monthly at the discretion of the City Administrator. <br /> <br /> Section 7. ENFOREH~4ENT: The City Engineer is hereby authorized and it <br />shall be his duty to disconnect the water service of any person upon any <br />premises connected to or using the sanitary sewage system of the City upon <br />failure of the person to whom such charge is billed to pay the same. In the <br />event, there is not City water service provided at the premises~ the City <br />Engineer shall and is hereby authorized to disconnect any domestic sewer <br />connection on the premises. <br /> <br /> (b) When service has been disconnected, as provided by this 0rdinance~ <br /> <br />the City Engineer may require the person requesting re-establishment of the <br />service to make a deposit of $25-00 before granting permission to make the <br />connection. Before such service is re-established, the person making said <br />application shall pay all expenses incurred by the City caused by such discon- <br />nection and for re-establishing such !.~ connection. <br /> <br /> (c) An action may be brought in the n~me of the City in any court of <br />competent jurisdiction against the occupant of the premises at the time the <br />service becomes delinquent for the collection of said delinquent charges. <br /> <br /> Section 9- STORM DRAINAEE: No storm, surface or ground water, or other <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
