The paving sections for the on-site parking and drive areas shall be designed on the basis <br />of an R- Value test and a traffic index to carry the anticipated traffic loads. This design <br />shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Building Inspection. The minimum <br />paving section shall be 2" A.C. on 6" of AB. The minimum AC. pavement slope shall <br />be I %. For pavement slopes of less than 1%, the surface runoff shall be carried in a <br />concrete gutter to an acceptable point of discharge. The minimum slope for concrete <br />gutter shall be 0.5%. <br /> <br />51. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary sewer <br />lateral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />52. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicants shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br />City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation <br />meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br /> <br />53. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />54. The applicants shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of Building <br />Inspection. If necessary, a third party peer review shall be completed at the applicants' <br />expense prior to issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />55. The applicants shall install an automatic fire sprinkler system for the building and trash <br />enclosure. The sprinkler system shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Fire Chief and <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />56. Fire alarm and detection systems are required subject to the review and approval by the <br />Fire Chief. Detailed plans showing the facility layout, including ceiling heights, office <br />areas, storage plans and heights, etc. shall be submitted by the applicants to the Fire Chief <br />prior to installation of said systems. <br /> <br />57. The applicants shall post address numerals on the buildings so as to be plainly visible <br />from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />58. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />
